A fantastic celebration of fashion, community, and sustainability in true New-U style. From the exclusive Preview Evening to a lively weekend in the Honesty Library, it was wonderful to see so many people discovering outfits they loved.
The event was not only great fun, but also helped raise valuable funds to support our wider charitable work. What made the event truly special were the stories behind the clothes. Pre-loved fashion isn’t just about style — it’s about the memories woven into every piece.
One customer had a full-circle moment when she spotted an outfit she had previously bought from New-U for an animal print themed party, back on the rails. Seeing it again made her smile with memories of a brilliant night out. After enjoying it, she had re-donated the outfit so someone else could love it too — earning points along the way and using them to save 50% on her new Frocks & Festivals finds. A perfect example of circular fashion in action…
We also helped a local drummer prepare for an upcoming gig in London. With the band needing to wear suits, he was looking for something smart but affordable. He left with a suit and shirt for just £22 — ready for the stage without the high price tag.
