We love getting out and about supporting local communities, and through our partnership with Nourishing Norfolk, we were able to take our pre-loved clothing sale directly into community spaces. By working alongside Nourishing Norfolk food hubs, we offered affordable seasonal clothing to local families in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Thanks to funding from the Ellerdale Trust, we were also able to provide free children’s clothing, helping to ease pressure on household budgets. This work was delivered in partnership with Watton Community Centre, The Pantry (Kenninghall) and Narborough Community Centre, showing what can be achieved when organisations come together to support their communities.
The Nourishing Norfolk Network is a Norfolk Community Foundation project established in 2022. It brings together grassroots groups of all sizes to ensure communities across Norfolk have access to affordable, healthy food. Through mutual support, shared knowledge and collaboration, the network works to combat food insecurity and make sure no one in Norfolk goes hungry.
